En'theos

En'theos is a Purpose Driven, Family Based youth ministry.  We want students to give God the glory He deserves through our Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Service, and Evangelism.  We want to break down the barriers of generational differences through the five purposes.  Lead by Pastor to Students Joey Baysinger.

The Gathering (9th - 12th grades) & The Wild Side (7th - 8th grades)

Our midweek worship service for students in grades 7-12.  Our student worship band called the Halos lead out in worship every week, then Pastor Joey teaches on subjects relevant to students.  We finish every Wednesday with a time of food and fellowship. 7:00 pm on Wednesdays in the Youth Building.

Bible Study

We meet at 9:45 am every Sunday.  We have energetic teachers who care about students through relationships.  Our Bible Study hour is where friendships grow.  For students who want to dig a little deeper, Awana and Vital Truths are available on Sunday nights during the school year.

Disciple Now

An energetic, three day retreat for every student and friend of our youth ministry.  We gather all our students to teach them the basic tenants of the Christian faith.  Students meet adults from our church who open their homes and become their foster parents for the weekend.  Students build relationships with other students from our church through games, meals, learning, worship, and recreation.  We cram  as much camp atmosphere into one weekend as possible hoping to re-charge our students in their walk with the Lord.  January of every year.

Summer Camp

Centrifuge is a life changing camp in Glorietta, NM.  Centrifuge is a great week of camp.  It is designed specifically for students in grades 7-12, but has our complete ministry in mind.  This camp includes Bible study, guided quiet times, recreation, worship, personal tracks, and fellowships for everyone and offers additional training for our youth leaders.

Missions

We want to teach our students to serve.  We travel to Parral, Mexico to lead Vacation Bible School in a local church.  Our youth group supports missions and missionaries around the world through prayer, letters, and donations.  We collect a yearly offering on Super Bowl Sunday and collect canned food during the 30-Hour famine.

Retreats

We have the Magic Mountain Retreat for students in grades 9-12.  We study God's word and conquer our fears on the amazing coasters and water slides at Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor.  We have the Canyon Lake Retreat where our students worship God in His creation.  We camp, swim, ski, and study God's word.  We study God's creation in our Christopher Creek Camp Out every year.

Prayer

Our students partner with adults in our church through Prayer Partnering; one student and one adult praying for each other for the year.  We then meet and share experiences at our yearly Prayer Partner Banquet.

Fellowships

We have regular class and youth group fellowships where we build relationships and let students be students.  We shop, swim, climb, skate, ski, bike, and play.  We believe that we give God the glory even when we play.  Fellowships occur on a monthly basis.
